Wedding Favours

Chin Li wanted her pageboys to carry signs that said "Here comes the Bride" walking down the aisle before her and asked if i could help make something. I brainstormed the materials while at Daiso which is good cos you get to browse around for ideas. So this is how i made the signs - really simple. I cut scalloped edges to white vanguard paper and used a fat black marker to write the words in my cursive best and add some lines to the edging. i stuck these onto a framed corkboard which was good cos it's pretty light yet forms a rigid enough base to tape the paper on. Dad helped me nail the wooden posts onto the corkboard and i tied pretty blue ribbons to complete them!
